A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ROSIE SOKO

My name is Rosie. I love taking portraits, making music and shooting videos with my friends and walking my two pups around Bushwick.  

I started taking photographs many years ago while I was in a band. I began documenting everything around me. Then I discovered portraiture and felt a connection with something magical. 

About 5 years ago I discovered filmmaking. I began making music videos and short films. I am an art director for an aviation company where I  shoot video and photographs as well as campaigns and social media content. I also have my freelance career shooting video and photography at my small studio in my home in Bushwick where I get to engage in my deepest passion which is filming and photographing people and their stories everyday.
